Dear Sir or Madam,I am writing to inform you of an issue I have encountered with the KZYEE KZ3000Pro. The screen has been rotating 180 degrees, rendering the menus and images unreadable. This issue persists until the device is rotated back into its correct orientation.I believe this may be due to an error in the configuration, which could be adjusted by pressing a combination of keys. However, I have not been able to identify the specific combination required to resolve this issue.

In order to read them, one must either be Leonardo DaVinci or have the ability to read the screen reflected in a mirror.I believe this to be due to an error in the configuration, which I believe can be adjusted by using a combination of keys, but I have not been able to identify it. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide in resolving this issue.

Why the Operating Error?
If the scan tool freezes, then an exception occurs or the vehicle's ECU is too slow to respond to requests. Answer: Reset the scan tool first and turn the ignition off and wait for about 10 seconds and turn the ignition back to on and continue the testing.
